The event was co-organized by Haravan, Lemon Digital, and OneAds, attracting thousands of marketers, media experts, retailers, e-commerce businesses, and students from economics and technology fields nationwide.
Updating Social Marketing and Artificial Intelligence Trends
With the theme "Combining Social & AI to Explode Revenue During Mega Sales Season," the event provided a comprehensive overview of modern marketing on social media platforms, especially TikTok and Facebook, and smart AI-powered sales support tools.
LHU students had the opportunity to listen directly to insights from top experts such as:
- Mr. Nguyen Manh Tan – Marketing Director of Haravan,
- Ms. Kate Truong – Channel Partner Manager at TikTok Vietnam,
- Mr. Huynh Trung Hieu – Lemon Digital,
along with many representatives from TikTok Shop, OneAds, CNV CDP, and HZ Media.
Through practical topics on AI in advertising, KOL/KOC Marketing, peak-season sales strategies, and Social Commerce optimization, students had the chance to "get a pulse on" the latest trends in E-commerce and digital marketing.
Practical Experience – Opportunities to Connect with Businesses
Beyond just listening to presentations, the LHU student delegation also visited the exhibition area, experienced real-world marketing technology products, and networked directly with businesses.
Many students shared their excitement at seeing firsthand how platforms like Haravan, TikTok, and OneAds operate advertising campaigns, measure effectiveness, and automate sales using AI.
“Attending a real-world event like this helps me better understand how businesses implement marketing on social media and see the significant career opportunities available for E-commerce students,” – shared a third-year E-commerce student.

This practical learning and field trip activity is an extension of the curriculum at LHU, helping students connect classroom knowledge with the actual working environment. This fosters the development of professional skills and a mindset for applying technology in digital business.
Theory Meets Practice – A Training Orientation Rooted in Practicality
According to Mr. Tran Thanh Hai, having LHU students regularly participate in industry-specific events, business seminars, and technology workshops is a consistent training orientation of the Faculty of Information Technology, especially for the E-commerce major.
“We always want our students to gain practical exposure, hear success stories, and clearly understand how the market operates, enabling them to integrate confidently into the modern work environment after graduation.”

From the Lecture Hall to Enterprises – Expanding Career Opportunities
Through extracurricular activities like Social Marketing Day 2025, students from the LHU Faculty of IT not only update their knowledge but also build a network with experts and businesses. This opens up numerous opportunities for internships and recruitment in fields such as Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, and AI applications in business.
