Direct dialogue between leaders and students, Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics

The Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics will hold a dialogue with students to better understand their concerns and address difficulties they may face in their studies, daily activities, and personal development.

During the dialogue, the Faculty leadership will respond to students’ questions, comments, and recommendations on matters related to academic management, teaching and learning, including:

- Teaching and learning: Curriculum content, academic plans, practical training, internships, teaching and learning methods, learning materials, homeroom teacher responsibilities, and university regulations and policies for students.

- Student support: Student benefits and policies, scholarships, tuition fees, financial support for learning expenses, health insurance, and related matters.

- Student life: Dormitories, clubs, sports, psychological counseling, extracurricular activities, community service, and other related matters.

- Facilities for teaching and learning: Library, laboratories, classrooms, and equipment supporting teaching and learning.

- Academic results and other matters.

Time: 8:00 – 11:30 a.m, Friday, October 9, 2026
